These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pinpoint's audit services ("Service") operated by Pinpoint ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing an audit, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Pinpoint provides expert UX, CRO, and AI product audit reports delivered digitally by email within 48 hours of payment confirmation. The audits are advisory in nature and consist of findings, recommendations, and prioritized action plans based on a review of the URL and context submitted at checkout.
The Service is provided by an independent professional designer and does not constitute legal, financial, or technical engineering advice.
The scope of each audit type is as described on the product page at the time of purchase. Pinpoint reserves the right to update service descriptions at any time.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pinpoint does not store your payment card information. Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of all fees. Payment is required in full before the audit commences.
By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate.
We aim to deliver all audit reports within 48 hours of payment confirmation. In exceptional circumstances (illness, technical failure, or events outside our control), delivery may be delayed. If delivery exceeds 72 hours from payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
Reports are delivered to the email address provided during Stripe checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.

The audit report delivered to you is for your personal or business use only. You may share the report internally within your organisation. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the report commercially without written permission.
Pinpoint retains the right to reference the type of audit conducted (not specific client details) for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat all information you share — including your product URL, context, and business details — as confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via Gmail).
Pinpoint's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant audit. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on our audit reports.
Our recommendations are based on professional judgment and publicly available best practices. We make no guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in specific business outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
